Skills Discovery 

It is important to have a complete inventory of all of your skills, no matter how trivial or obscure they seem to be. You already know the major skills you have, and generally have put them in your resume. But you also need to be aware of the other skills you have which may give you the edge in your resume, the cover letter or the interview.

It prompts you to think back throughout your life and make a list of all the things that you've done, especially those that you enjoyed doing, and things that you've done well.
